Cancellation policy:
We realise that there are events in life over which we have no control. Should you need to cancel your booking due to illness, or compassionate or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our level best to reschedule your booking. However, if we are notified less than 48 hours before your spa date, therapists will have been allocated specifically for your treatments and your deposit will be utilized to offset their professional fees. In fairness to our professional staff, we finalise schedules 48 hours in advance and once the therapists are notified of their timetables, we are committed to their fees and your full deposit will be forfeited.
Refund policy:
In the event of a booking being cancelled in good time, which we consider to be at least seven days for a weekday booking and the minimum of a month for a Saturday, public holiday or during peak season (school holidays), an administration fee of 10% of the total booking price will be charged. The balance of your payment will be refunded.
Indigo Fields will continue to operate during the Revised Level 3 Restrictions currently in place until we are further informed by our Presidents address expected on the 15th January 2021.
All guests are now required to wear masks in all public areas as is mandatory by law.
